CC coping slightly better than derp.
Did you agree with the Trump tax cuts? Yes or no question.
Will "what abouting" over the "Trump" tax cuts.
Only because CC can jump into a pool of money like Scrooge McDuck, while Derp has to screech about socialism while using food stamps.
CC refuses to clearly state his stance on the Trump/GOP tax cuts.
I didn't agree with all of it, but I think giving almost half my income in Federal, State, and Local taxes is enough.
so basically you’re fine with deficit spending as long as it puts money in your pocket
A reasonable and balanced discussion of the tax cuts

Use your own words like a big boy. Are you trying to argue that the Trump/GOP tax cuts actually helped poor people
That article probably ignores the middle class tax increase that goes into effect this year.
As explained by the website of a billionaire![]()
I think we have a spending problem. We could start with the military. I'm not an isolationist but we don't need to be the worlds policeman either. 700 billion a year is ing ridiculous.
Agreed completely. We should return military spending to Clinton era levels in the 90s.
Remind me, which political party is it that is usually eager to increase military spending?
Both parties vote for it. I don't agree with all the republican positions. I'm generally socially liberal and economically conservative. Neither party really reflects my views.
Biden going to give $2000 out in february?
When’s the last time you voted for a Democrat?
My view is that we should tie $2,000 to getting vaccinated. If you want your $2,000 but are a re ed anti-vaxer, to damn bad.
CC fear-mongering that Dems raise taxes and increase the deficit.
Dems ain't gonna do , and DINO Manchin will be a major reason.
With the way the rollouts going who knows how long is going to take to very the vaccine to all the people who want it

I do almost every election in local races. November 2020 being the most recent.
You wouldn't know them. I don't vote in Bexar County.
Yeah, technically “both parties vote for it” is a true statement, but do you really believe the Democrats as equally as much to blame for our rampant defense spending as Republicans are? The defense budget ballooned under GWB, decreased under Obama (albeit nowhere near as much as I would have liked), and increased again under Trump. There’s an obvious asymmetry between which party spends more on defense that you seem to be in denial about.
At this point we couldn’t really shrink it overnight either, defense spending has become a jobs program in this country and we’d need to replace it with another jobs program. If you were to gut defense spending overnight there would be a lot of communities in muh heartland that would be in total economic ruin.
in other words, they don’t exist![]()
