McConnell is losing control if his party and it’s hilarious to watch. He knew that this stop the steal crap would hurt them in Georgia but Hawley/Cruz are so focused on the MAGA vote in 2024 that they didn’t listen to him.
If the Republicans knew what was best for them, they’d keep their mouth shut and let McConnell go back to running everything behind closed doors.

My pot stocks are up 10% just since this morning. Y'all should have done like Trill and bought in back in October when I predicted Democrats would sweep the Prez, House, and Senate. Up 36% since then.

The house needs to get another voting rights bill in front of them too. McConnell can’t bail them out by refusing to bring it to the floor, let’s see how many GOP Senators are willing to cast a vote against voting rights.

Ugh they’re letting Durbin be Whip/judiciary chair. Was really hoping judiciary chair would be Whitehouse, he wouldn’t let a single Fedsoc judge ever get by committee. Durbin is a useless hack who’s gonna allow the GOP Senators to get some of their judges through for the sake of “bipartisanship” even though the GOP didn’t do that at all the last 6 years.

Breyer’s replacement on the bench should be a 30 something year old black female civil rights lawyer. If the GOP gets to nominate an unqualified bible thumper to the court just because she’s young then we should match them at that game.
