I wasn't super high on him, but I think it is more of the lack of a defined role and consistent minutes that are hurting him.

He has the length, height and mix of skills (or potential skills) that team's covet from big men, today.

I want Luka to get minutes. But he got outplayed by Lyes when Spurs were short players with Covid. Luka played well, but so did Lyles. With Gay back, and Spurs striving for playoffs, it’s going to be hard for Luka to get minutes, though I think he’ll get them if Spurs trade Gay or rest him on B2B.
