He was the #12 pick, but even still, not looking like a great selection so far.
The main issue tbh is his lack of quickness, and slow reflexes. Defenders can press him 1-on-1 and he can't seem to get by them at all. Then on defense he seems painfully slow to react when the man he's guarding tries (and most often succeeds) to blow by him. Like I said earlier, it's great and all that he seems to have gotten taller and bulkier, but there's no way he's ever going to be able to play PG in this league when he looks slow on both ends of the floor even against Summer League compe ion. And he's not crafty enough, like SloMo was, to make up for that lack of quickness.
Dude simply does not look like a guy that was worth picking at #12 overall, and, unlike Wesley, there's not a lot to hang your hopes on considering his best trait--shooting--was a complete no-show today. A lottery pick who has spent a year in the league shouldn't be going 2 for 15 from the floor in the NBA Summer League, full stop.
