It will be close but I'd have to give Walker the slight edge for now because the right-leaning third party candidates won't be on the ballot. It's going to come down to Biden's approval at the time of the runoff, paired with the GOP's ability to prevent Trump from doing something stupid to throw the election for Walker.

On policy? Lol, not even close. Trump's policy from 2017 up to March 2020 was excellent. From there it went downhill and so he lost.... [inflation-causing stimulus crap, waffled on covid, operation warp speed was a disaster, and not imposing the national guard and FBI swat teams to squash the summer 2020 BLM/antifa riots].

what policy? The only signature law of his administration was a tax cut largely for the rich. Whiffed on everything from North Korea and China to Infrastructure.
