one of the big points everybody is harping on re: the "twitter files" is the one where they have an email saying "biden team wants us to look at these as well" and then somebody responded saying "done" or "handled" or whatever.
the responses has been "omg proof that twitter words with DNC, etc." so yes, people are sad about this.

In other words, coverage necessarily depended on taking the Post’s word for things, which is by itself a disincentive for other outlets.
