this is just sad![]()
everything after that seems to be hearsay
that cross was hilarious
"is it true that you have no evidence of x?"
"i dont know how to answer that question"
"do you have proof that anything re: chain of custody was done with intent to break chain of custody?"
"well if somebody did something then it was intentional"
and just now on redirect
"if i choose to buy a cup of coffee instead of water, did i INTEND to buy coffee?"
what a clown lmao
Those aren’t the rules, I think the judge is just giving Lake’s stick lawyers as much rope as possible so they can’t claim on appeal that they weren’t allowed to try their case
The RNC lawyer who testified at the end was maybe the biggest joke out of all of them![]()
Love to get up at 5am to be sore loserin' all over ST.
Russian bots have found at least one willing taker.
posting copium on ST at 4am, how sad
20 inch vs. 19 inch paper
yeah I’m sure the judge is totally going to see that as grounds for a new election instead of just an unfortunate up that happened due to incompetence.
5am “Smoking Gun?” More like someone with a 5am “Smoking Bong.”
Rich ing Baris is really their star witness? This is just sad.
Lake taking her case further than any of Dear leader's election lawsuits. Perhaps the Donald should consider running for VP under her 2024 presidential ticket.
Too be fair, the only reason for that is Arizona having actual election issues for Lake to point to + Lake's lawyers being more willing than Trump's lawyers were to make accusations specific enough to survive a motion to dismiss at the risk of Rule 11 Sanctions (which the judge even hinted at in his ruling on the motion to dismiss).
Trump's lawyers for the most part kept to insane but extremely vague and conclusory allegations because even though it's harder for nonspecific claims to survive a motion to dismiss, you're also less likely to get sanctioned for them or be cited for attorney misconduct.
Here comes redirect where 80% of Lake's lawyers get objected to for foundation/speculation
haven't watched this morning yet, what happened?
He unintentionally labeled Kari Lake's speech about "driving a stake through the heart of the McCain Machine" as an event too unprecedented for him to predict its impact on behavior among registered Republican voters.
