From the comments of the tweet:

It’s hard to understand what he was saying, but clearly he’s saying something along the lines of « I’m fine not getting Houston » after got the 4th pick
And he’s also screaming « it was written ! » like 5 times after the Spurs got the 1st pick
It seems like he really wanted the Spurs, the organization better not up by reading to some of the things folks are proposing in here.

From what I see, his mom is a bit surprised by his reaction and Vic told her he didn't want to go there (HOU)... As far as what he repeats like 4 times after SA got the first pick, that's "I told you so!".

What did the little kid say? He seemed especially happy it was the Spurs.

Gotta draft him in a few years, tbh.

Pretty sure he said "Merde les fusées" -- but not sure.

Yeah, TP has done a lot for Spurs in France. Saying that, TP and Wembanyama aren't necessarily in the best terms. When Wemby played for Parker's team in France and was coached by Parker's brother, some tensions grew on how he was used which led to Wemby leaving the team at the end of the season. It's not a big deal but I don't expect Parker to be some kind of mentor to him.

Wemby's good view about Spurs might also be because Spurs behaved well with his agent (Bouna Ndiaye) other clients (Batum and Mahinmi).
Yeah, Bouna Ndiaye is literally the most Spurs-friendly agent there is. He tried his best to get Batum to the Spurs and helped hide Mahinmi after the Spurs zeroed in on him.

Ndiaye being his agent is another amazing aspect of getting Wemby. The communication lines between him and the Spurs will never get crossed. They've been on good terms for like two decades now.

I read somewhere the “conflict” is with regards to opposing views from both parties, TP was focused on his team winning the championship, and prioritized that over Wemby’s development.

That doesn’t necessarily mean they’re not on good terms, no?

I'd swear Wemby wanted the Spurs as much as the Spurs wanted him.

Well, not quite. Wemby would have been at least okay going anywhere. The Spurs without him would have had a much bleaker outlook.

From my partial understanding, too. Might have been some upset feelings, yeah, but Wemby wanted more time on the floor. He made the right choice as he lead a second order team into great success. Much was made about Parker not saying anything on social media the night of, but I believe it was literally his birthday that night. And he doesn't necessairly need to communicate with Wemby via social media.

Wembanyama is presumably heading to San Antonio after the Spurs secured the top selection in Tuesday night’s critical drawing. He is surely expected to be coached by none other than Gregg Popovich, the five-time champion and winningest coach in NBA history who oversaw the Hall of Fame careers of David Robinson and Tim Duncan before Wembanayama. Popovich, 74, is believed to have free reign to hold the Spurs’ coaching post as long as he sees fit. The veteran coach’s contract did expire at the conclusion of the 2022-23 season, and he has yet to re-sign a new deal with San Antonio, sources said.

Gregg Popovich expected to return to Spurs in 2023-24, but doesn't have new contract yet, per report - CBSSports.com

That was an interesting question if he plays in summer league and who plays with him as far as rookie or a vet.
