Already did. Trump's appeal of the gag order in Chutkan's court will fail in part due to his intimidation post of Meadows. Trump continues to be an attorney's worst nightmare: a client who won't shut up and never pays.

The only real question is will he end up in actual jail?
There is a non-zero chance he could land in an actual jail for some stupid tweet that violates a gag order. This dude has never had to face consequences of his actions before, and it running headlong into it like a spoiled child.
I will not be surprised if it happens.
My thought is that it is part of his strategy. Get jailed to further drum up support from his base for the election. His only way to avoid prison at this point is to win the election.
I don't disagree but you know how pissed off Trump must've been when the judge put him on the stand, made him act out his duplicity on the record, and then censure him.
It certainly look like the groundwork is being laid to censure him more severely each time he does it.
Yeah, I think there is a fine line these judges are trying to walk, realizing the Trump is essentially baiting them into revoking his bail conditions. The NY Judge is playing it right, but I don't think jail time is a consideration in this case, just fines.
Chutkan, McAfee, and I guess Cannon all have a different tightrope to walk (esp. Chutkan where Trump appears most defiant). Also wonder if the Trump team sees revocation of bail and jailing as a possible delay tactic as well.
I don't think it is really a thought-out strategy. You give him too much credit.
...that's how we got here from 7 years ago there because you gave him to much credit while he was diggin' your in' grave, RG.
Exactly. And, as scott noted each of the judges has to walk a certain line.
The appellate courts are awaitin', daddy-O.
Supreme at the last.
You'd better double down on Thomas, RG. If you can't end him, you're ed.
Ivanka to testify.

American Democracy.
Trump's so-called kids were either part of his government, part of his business, or both. They weren't innocent bystanders to the fraud or the misgovernment.
Actions have consequences.
Not always, Winester. Not by a jugful in truth. The highest ranking soldier in the land threatened to shoot President Trump to death on his last day in office and nothing happened to General Milley. He extended some half-ass apology and that was it.
P.S., American Democracy.
Chesebro sings, Trump was directly involved in the fake elector scheme.
We already knew this was coming tbh
Posted to inform posters ignoring or not following the trial. Bound to be more than a few Trumpistas who can't bear to look.
Please.
Who leaked the proffer tapes?
The lawyer for one of the defendant's.
https://www.meidastouch.com/news/tru...leaking-videosTowards the end of the hearing, shortly after the attorney for Harrison Floyd adamantly denied press reports that he was the leader, Misty Hampton's lawyer Jonathan Miller confessed that it was him. He asserted that he had a first amendment right to disseminate the information to the public. The judge agreed that Georgia case law was thin on that point but did not agree that such a right necessarily took precedence over the ability of the prosecutors to protect their witnesses from threat and harassment.
