    very diseased psychology

    play first half equal

fall back 16 in 3rd qtr (yawn)

    make a 20 point swing,

then lose in last 4 minutes.

can't make plays, can't make shots,

missed SO MANY LAYUPS, weak finishers

8 mins left, Pop pulls VW, a great move to tank the game. VW tired? 19 yo? played 17 less mins than greek freek

I'd consider the season a wash if Devin played even at 75% of what we saw tonight tbh. I don't understand why he doesn't attack the cup more, he's crafty down there.
I agree, but sometimes he gets too crafty when he should be using his moves to draw more fouls. It’s clear that there is some good DDR influence to his game, but now he just needs to draw the fouls too. That would be the next evolution of his game (in addition to better playmaking!). Victor should make some of those difficult shots easier for him in time too.

What a fun team when the old man isn't playing Sochan or ing Malaki Branham at PG tbh
Ding, ding, ding. I like Pop but there is enough talent on this team to play much better and win more games, and that is on him he’s having a bad year doing some of the stupid lineup . Jones may not be folks’ dream PG, but he’s the best we have and I didn’t think he was way over matched v Lillard given his youth.

One thing I notice is the players that know how to draw fouls well are annoying as . We need to get more annoying. Even hated like some probably felt about Manu, imagine being a fan of the other team watching him live from the FT line all game.

The lack of play calls for Devin when he was white hot all game down the stretch was disappointing but expected tbh. Should have been 2 man game every single possession between him Wemby. Instead, I remember at least one terrible Keldon drive and a Sochan middy that wasn't even close

Wemby is figuring out that the Coach Pop he grew up watching is long since gone. He has no use for the decrepit incompetent content-to-lose s -of-his-former-self Pop. I bet he exerts his power this offseason and Pop retires.

Ghosted his ass! He may as well have disappeared from the face of the earth, he ceased to exist at the buzzer as far as Wemby was concerned. He just wanted to know WTF was the problem from that ref, that’s a compe or right there!

1996 Gregg would have fired 2023 Gregg by now for losing the team. Wemby's actions the last two games and Vassell's post game comment about Tre starting seem to point to the player being over this dumb .

Why are some people so convinced Wemby is gone after his rookie contract. I don’t believe any rookie had turned down a max extension under the current system. It makes no sense financially to do so. Maybe he demands a trade towards the end of that extension but thats 7 yrs away. Maybe he forces Pop out before he signs or as a condition of signing but he signs the extension and is here 7/8 moreyears

Damn. Wonder if we're ever going to get that video. Wonder how long we're going to keep him around.
I don't have the video, but I replayed the house feed and took pictures...

    NO POP ON LAST PLAY:

Unfortunately the 2 worst shooters were shooting at the end. Bum Sochan taking mid range and 3s sealed it. I’m ok with the Tre 3 but not ideal

Wemby is just so ing special. The he did in this game is otherwordly. It’s like Manu and Giannis had a demon baby.

Vassel and Keldon need to bring it every night like they did tonight. If they do, the win total would more than double.
You want to lose our top three draft pick?

I think there's a chance that he doesn't sign or takes the qualifying offer if the team is egregiously bad for the next 3 years with sub 30 win seasons all 4 years of his rookie contract. If he feels like Lebron in Cleveland for example where he has no dependable help whatsoever. But the more likely scenario is that he suffers through this year on a 15 win team, next year the team wins 25-30 games, his third year the team probably makes the play-ins with 35-40 wins, and his 4th year team is probably a 6 seed at 45 wins. By that time he'll be 23, Vassell 27, Sochan will be 24, and he'll have some talented 2nd and 3rd year players surrounding him. No way he asks out in that scenario unless Brian Wright drafts Josh Primo for 3 straight years.

The only wrinkle in this is really OKC. There's a very real chance that Chet wins a le before Victor even sniffs the playoffs and Presti has built a buzzsaw in OKC that will contend for at least the next 10 years around SGA/Chet/JDub. If victor can't see a reasonable path where he can match up with OKC and Chet because of the talent gap, he will probably leave or ask out. It'll be like how Lebron left Cleveland when he figured out that he could never get past Boston because of the talent gap.

In a mediocre at best draft, yes, if it means improvement and consistent effort like we saw tonight. Are you that thirsty for Matas Butt or whatever his name is?

There are silver linings, Barlow the real deal, Wesley needs minutes, and so on. Also Sochan has been shooting well from 3 and Tre has hit some too. Wemby came in and didn’t exactly take over, rather saw from Giannis what it takes to win during crunch time while also further building his own confidence and reinforcing that you win and lose as a team.

That was by design from the Bucks. Should’ve has Osman in the game.

Except that Wemby is bigger and badder than Chet and that won’t change.

If that was the play Wemby drew up, it was actually a pretty good one. Tre was wide open.

The fact Tre shouldn't have been on the court and maybe Osman or someone else who can shoot "better" 3's, wasn't Wemby's fault. Pop put the players out there. The fact is, the play worked...the player didn't.

I agree he is. But if his team is worse and he keeps losing to Chet, he's going to get pissed that the front office can't get him some help. Lebron was bigger and badder than pierce and garnett but he still left because the cavs sucked ass. If the front office sucks ass and can't put up similar talent around Wemby to let him win against OKC down the road, you'll see another generational talent leave.

Looked like that last play was a DHO or screen for Dev by Wemby can't recall

Wemby coming off had a split second open window and Dev was covered so Dev gave it back to Wemby who got contested too soon by the Bucks forcing him to swing it to the corner for an open Jones because he's a 20% 3shooter and Bucks did their homework forcing the ball to the statistical worst option

If Jones hits Milwaukee will live with that every time, still the best strategy

    Perfectly executed by Milwaukee

Wemby should have just shot it. Yeah he was picked up but it was Dame cant he just shoot over a PG? Doubt the play was designed to be a Jones corner 3 lol but Jones was open enough (again Bucks left him open on purpose imho) and it was a good look so I'm okay with it
