They were noticeably more physical with him early on and were pushing him away from the basket and it just totally took him out of the game mentally. Soft as . He began settling for long, contest jumpers, turning the ball over, and deferring to his teammates who also (predictably) sucked. show all around. Having the elite length of both Brook Lopez and Giannis together seemed to with Wemby's mojo though. That can't happen. Hopefully just part of the growing pains of a young player cause he's going to have to get stronger and learn to play through the physicality of bigger/older teams.
Hes young and I dont mind him getting bullied

But he tends to catch the ball way too far from the basket and settle for 3s.

His positioning on O is way off. And its not only his fault but also the coaching staff.

    Sucks

They were in control late during that 2nd Denver game and were up by 20 on the Bulls.

to go from that to basically looking like they quit on the coach and each other in less than a week is wild

This is my concern. Spurs will win too many games to get a player who can make a huge upgrade to the roster out of this year's draft.
The bad thing is that OKC has Philly pick which stand at 8 and Houston has the Suns which stands at 9 - The rich getting richer

I dunno. Maybe everyone other than Wemby, CP3, Barnes, and Castle think they're getting traded and rolled downhill from there.

This team is finished. Tank for a top 5 seed, find a different coach as who knows when Pop will be back

The problem with Mitch is he doesn't have the gravitas Pop has with the team or the front office. Mitch is just a warm body. He cannot push buttons without getting his pushed back. Pop is like Riley in that he can make executive moves, stupid as some seem, so players know they have to cut the . All that hero ball tonight, some of those wild ass threes really early into the shot clock, those are things Pop used to lose his mind over. I doubt he'd keep playing a guy who just dribbles into a 3 every trip down the floor.

WNBA free agency starts Feb 1. If Brian Wright was worth a , he'd be trying to hammer out a contract and Aces buy-out with Becky before then. We gave them their ing franchise, they owe us anyway.

Not even mad about it. This roster is silly. Why they brought back a 22 win team is beyond me.

The Bucks packed the paint and dared the jokers on this team to shoot - which they can’t. They have a ton of road games so this has the potential to get ugly fast.

I really feel like the recent lineups were all poop. Mitch really had something going there...

It's not like there aren't seniority level coaches on the staff.

We should offer the position to Manu during the summer. He'd probably decline out of respect for poop which brings us back to one of the problems.

Horrible shooting night and Bucks couldn’t miss. They tried to come back several times but the Bucks were just the better team. Moving on…

From my highly limited perspective, there are a ton of problems. One seems to be that Mitch is coming off like the nice guy coach of a youth league team.
He seems like it's all mental and lacks the fire and toughness that seasoned NBA coaches tend to exhibit. It's not his fault, really. Just who he is.
This team needs someone above CP3 in the pecking order to help players get real about the expectations and consequences of their play.

Also, Wemby has developed this weird habit of playing with his shorts when he is playing like . It's like a poker tell. He was literally playing with the drawstrings on his shorts after timeouts as the ball was in-play. ing millennials!

Can't get trade value for a guy who doesn't get minutes.
