    Now you're assuming?

    Walkback confirmed.
Okay, I'm asserting. I believe. I think. It's probable. You pick the strangest things on which to latch and shake around like a dog with his toy.

Has anyone in the press followed up on the original question?

I wonder if there will ever be a point at which the Left concedes the federal government was rotten to the core and was in desperate need of this audit.

Crime ok when your hero commits it
Not yet my hero but, he's well on his way to becoming one. So, in that spirit, let's review:

    1. Prosecutor campaigned on "getting" Donald Trump.
    2. Former President Trump was convicting of falsifying business records in the first degree under New York Penal Law § 175.10.
    3. Acting Associate Attorney General Matthew Colangelo left his federal government job with Biden's DOJ to take a demotion in order to assist with the prosecution.
    4. They had to elevate the crime to a felony, in order for them to be able to "toll" the statute of limitations - claiming Donald Trump's was out of the State or at whereabouts unknown in during the limitation period.
    5. They had to make up a predicate crime in order to elevate the crime to a felony. A predicate crime that was not listed in the indictment.
    6. Trump is appealing so, the convictions may be thrown out. And, if they are, it will probably be for lack of a predicate crime being listed.
    7. The Judge didn't punish Trump but, instead, issued an unconditional discharge. Why?

I'd vote for him again, in a heartbeat. er's kicking Democrat, Deep State, and Woke ass.

Why don't you start a thread about George W. Bush. Maybe I'll participate. Meanwhile, let's stay on topic, shall we?

It simply goes to your track record as a fickle fanboy.

If you don't want to be reminded about it, you shouldn't have been one in the first place.

It's not gushing to agree with what he's doing as President. He still has time to it up but, so far, his month of presidency has been on point.

Instead of launching insults all the time, why don't you refute what I say?

Tech billionaire Elon Musk waved a silver chainsaw in his debut appearance at the Conservative Political Action Conference to the delight of the packed crowd before delivering withering attacks against Democrats.

At the behest of President Donald Trump, Musk's Department of Government Efficiency has moved to slash the federal workforce and government spending, prompting protests from Democrats.

Musk, donning sunglasses and a gold chain, seemed unconcerned with the protests against him and even questioned Democrats' ability to mount any resistance to the Trump administration.

"At this point, I'm not sure how much of the Left is even real," Musk mused. "It doesn't have popular support."

Musk also slammed Democrats who he claimed went "crazy" and led him to leave behind his politically neutral stance.

"No, I mean the whole cancel culture, and, you know, it's trying to stop freedom of speech and infringe upon, just in general infringe upon people's personal freedoms," he said.
