Agree. I'm s little hesitant to put blind faith in Flood to stand pat. It didn't work out with Stroh and Brooks because they said it's in house.
For what it's worth, there are two posters on IT who have been pretty accurate with portal stuff.
Both are saying Texas has their guy(s) already, and we should have some clarity tomorrow.
It's possible he's playing in the championship tonight, or his paperwork has been delayed for whatever reason.
Difficult for me to believe they don't have a pretty good plan for OG based on how efficient they've been in the portal so far.
Plus, they know they failed Arch with roster construction last year.
Stroh was a big problem last year. He had serious problems in pass protection. Hard to understand how they missed that

By Texas or by him? If Texas then I don't get it. Sounds like this kid wants to come to Texas, but for whatever reason the staff is keeping him at arms length it seems.
It reads like Texas canceled, plus IT was able to confirm that Western Kentucky OL Laurence Seymore hasn't heard from the staff.
Hopefully indications that they already have their guys lined up.
