Cheaters cry the loudest about cheating
https://azmirror.com/briefs/turning-...lection-fraud/Former Republican state legislator Austin Smith pleaded guilty Monday to what he previously called “ludicrous” charges that he personally forged more than 100 signatures on his pe ions for reelection last year.
The Republican from Surprise was a member of the far-right Arizona Freedom Caucus, which has a history of spreading false claims of election fraud in the 2020 presidential election and pushed for election law changes in the state legislature.
“As a part of his guilty plea today, Smith admitted signing the name of a deceased woman on one of his candidate nomination pe ions in March of 2024,” Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes said in a statement. “He also admitted that he attempted to deceive the Secretary of State’s Office by knowingly filing pe ions containing forged signatures of purported supporters of his nomination for the Republican primary for State Representative from LD 29.”

I love that this Heritage Foundation interactive map underscores how rare voter fraud is in the USA...no more than 138 cases for any state ulative, from 1982-2025

yet another investigation shows that the incidence of illegal immigrants voting in elections is approximately none
https://www.sltrib.com/news/politics...-voting-utahs/Utah’s elections office has not been able to confirm any cases of noncitizens voting in elections as it nears completing a review of voter rolls, while GOP lawmakers move forward with a bill that would require Utahns to provide do entary proof of citizenship to participate in state elections.
After spending months reviewing 2.1 million people on Utah’s voter rolls, the lieutenant governor has not found a single instance of a noncitizen voting in the state and only one instance of an ineligible individual registering to vote.
answer: the number of agents
there's not enough to populate every polling place
the moral panic over "election security" is just that, and its purpose is to undermine free and fair elections

Trump's attempt to hork voter rolls are mostly failing
Judge Jarbou was appointed by Trump

DOJ is 0-3 so far in attempts to force states to turn over voter rolls with personal voter data, 22 lawsuits remain
He's gonna seize the midterm ballots.
For security.
Trump s fall for the election integrity fear mongering every time.
Watch as yoni will come in here and confirm this.
that might prove tricky, given judicial adversity thus far
people forget that the judiciary is a co-equal sovereign, and states are inferior sovereigns too
I agree with you but, not for the reasons stated. I think it's entirely possible what is taking place right now - even if the SAVES Act doesn't get passed before the midterms - is enough to cause some of the local an State election officials to make damn sure their ballots are legal and on the up and up.
As for the judiciary being a co-equal branch - only the U. S. Supreme Court is defined as such. All inferior courts are a creation of the U. S. House of Representatives.
yeah, we already knew you wanted to reform and purge the judiciary too
better hope y'all don't lose both chambers in the midterms
that could be tricky too
Doesn't matter.
Bannon or the like will tell him to do it and he'll do it. Then Congress will have some stupid vote to determine the new Congress.
50 states, 50 elections
~119,000 polling places
Maybe I'm jejune, I don't think Trump has the force or the competent manpower to do it
He doesn't have to do it everywhere.
I'm not sure he'll last until the midterms, tbh
