Horry leaned forward to avoid losing his balance in anticipation of the contact. His arms were against his body and he stood his ground. If West hadn't jumped, nothing would have happened. Some people just see what they want to see.

It's exactly Bowen's line of defense. If you hadn't jumped for the shot, you'd never have landed on my feet to sprain your ankle. Think about it next time you play me.

I wonder how many people here play basketball. When you are a setting a screen, you want to sturdy yourself so that you don't go flying when the unsuspecting opponent gets picked off and runs into you. West's back was to Horry so he obviously didn't see a screen coming - he was gonna run into Horry with a lot of force. Horry was anticipating that.

Acually, the only people who can get into SBC these days are hardly the "old school fans" that "fits that type." Either way though, what the should it matter to you if people like me and others on this board want to tell Hornets fans that we thought the chanting was classless. I'm not saying the pick was dirty, or that Horry needs to be suspended. Just that the chanting was a thing to do. What the difference does that make to you.
