My point is, if he does nobody here will be willing to accept coincidence any more than hornets fans are right now.

Spurs would be sitting on about 7 NBA les right now if not for injuries, infliced by players on other teams, as well as mother nature...

    Go seek sympathy somewhere else

Or should I say...go ask for quarter somewhere else.

The Lakers didn't give us any quarter when Juwan Howard took Derek Anderson out...what they gave us was the worsst assking in WCF history and a bunch of rip their hearts out smack by Kobe Bryant...

Spurs learned to stop counting on karma a long time ago...and in case you didn't notice...Robert Horry creates his own mother ing karma ...

So I suggest you go get in line with Danny Ainge and wait for karma to come back and get Robert Horry...

Dude has 7 rings...he's already kicked karma's ass.

PS: Be sure to say high to Steve Nash, Boris Diaw, and Amare Stoudamire while you are wating in the karma line...

If Duncan were to go down in game 7 and Hornets fans gave it a standing ovation, half the fans in here would be lining up to march over to new Orleans and burn it down, regardless if it was a clean play or not.

Just trying to create a little perspective.
but you see the thing is that Hornets fans AREN'T complaining cause it wasn't really THAT bad a play.

if the same exact play happens to say manu, we should take a nod from the Hornets fans.

What the was West even doing in there? Spurs were blowing 'em out, West was stinking it up all night, and, on top of all that, he was already playing with an injury.
No kidding. It's a little too late to be playing for the experience.

so since NO has classless fans, we should be classless too?

Supporting Horry is knowing he did nothing wrong, but cheering when a player is hurt has never been our cup of tea.

Regardless, the cheering was wrong, but I was over it in a few seconds.
Exactly. Some people sound like kids pointing the finger immediately when they do something wrong. If you have to resort to, "They did it too!!!!!!!!", then you obviously know it was wrong.

Traditionally, when fans cheer an injury, they just get louder with a general cheer while the player lies on the ground (Michael Irvin for example). AT&T fans aren't exactly innovative, so I doubt they just made up a new way to cheer an injured player.

I think Spurs fans were just glad to see a Spur deliver a hard foul for once, instead of taking the hard fouls without saying or doing anything about it. Nobody wants West to miss any time.

Yeah Horry is an embarrassment these days. He has no game but makes his mark on doing hard fouls to key players.
    This post is a joke

If you can look at that play and not at least concede that it was an offensive foul...there's really not much else to discuss. That's such a homer opinion it makes laker fans look unbiased.

I don't think that Spurs fans should apologize for cheering Horry because I think Horry committed a good hard foul. I don't think his intent was necessarily to hurt West.

However, I did think it was crappy that not many people in the arena clapped when West got up. I think that in the name of sportsmanship, you should acknowledge when a player gets up off the floor after an injury.

That being said, Tony Parker has taken harder shots in the Suns series and in this series than Horry's hit on West. If West's back was so fragile that he went down that badly after Horry's foul, maybe he shouldn't have been playing (especially when the game was already over).

It's certainly debatable. Jeff Van Gundy mentioned it could have been a no call.

I don't have a problem with the call but we've taken worse.

Compare Horry's screen with Chandler's Dancing With The Stars routines and you tell me which is more of a foul. You're unbiased.

you for joking about Tim Duncan's death.
He wasn't joking. His ass lips were getting all tingly and moist while thinking about it.
