WHY MONEY GREED!
Since when was Horry ever a primary offensive option in his life?
Go back to the JV board.
We have 82 games to find out. Go back to Spursreport. Please.
So then he's a crappy teammate, pouting and all?
...and both should make for good additions. Definitely a positive aspect to the Horry departure.
Uh, thanks for the insight. I don't care, I just want all the 12 year olds who made their way over here from there (mrspur, DPG1whatever, knee-knee, etc.) to go back.
I do not either
I just think some of these posters make me want me to send them a virus
Now that Turiaf is gone, Flakers are likely to go after KThomas.
spurs can offer more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ $$$$$$$$$$$$$
^^ How abt the duration of contract that Lakers can offer?????????????????????
You seem to have all the answers. Who will fill the void?
Spurs can beat anyone's offer they want, in terms of years and money (and raises percentage wise).
If they wouldn't pay for Turiaf, why would they pay for Thomas?
Uh, like I said, we have 82 games to find out. What void is it exactly that needs filling? Horry's -13.3 +/- in the WCF? I'm fairly certain we can find someone better, I could probably do better.
But if you need names, I'm fairly certain it will be one of these: Bowen, Udoka, Mason, Hill, Gist, Tolliver, Bonner, Vaughn, Thomas.
Like I said, I'm pretty sure we will be able to find a better than -13.3 guy somewhere in all those guys.
Typical dumbass Spurs fan, sucking off an ancient role player who was good a couple of years ago. I know, I know, we were supposed to get Maggette for 2 million a year, but happens.
Still taking shots at me
good point
especially after horry said pop >phil
and phil treats stars special but pop does not
OOOOOHHHHHHHHH I thought it said Horry won't be black. I thought his time in SA & LA turned him Mexican
You could do better? Really, the Spurs need a versatile 4/3 that can defend and rebound.
We just drafted one.
Next.
82 Games To Figure It Out
Horry Was Like 10-11 Man
Horry didn't defend all year. He averaged 2 rebounds a game in the playoffs (less than his regular season numbers). I'm sure the Spurs will somehow be able to overcome such a tremendous loss.
We're adding Ian and Gist, between them I'm going to go out on a limb and say that they'll be able to make up the whopping 2 boards a game Horry gave us.
Quit being such an easy mark.
Oh yes, how does Bonner fit into the mix?
