There's a group of drugs like cortisone that if the athletes take them, then their trainers/staff have to submit paperwork saying that the drugs were given for therapeutic reasons. If they don't file the papers and they test positive, then they can get in trouble.

Ah. I remember an "incident" in my local team, when an American player tested positive for some drug during the season. I think it was for his heart or something. Anyway, it's allowed in the US, not here. He didn't know. Then all broke loose, because he didn't say anything before and especially because the team didn't suspend him.

The steroid issues are a different story. Saying that athlets are clean and just few takes them is irrational. It is even something beyond any logic.
Also saying that americans (pro players) have tests and are clean is fake. Cause the test are fake.

You're talking out of your ass. How many basketball players have tested positive for any performance enhancing drugs? I'd guess more of them smoke weed than anything that would actually help them on the court.
