I'd like my taxes lowered and spending cut.
I know its hard for you socialists to get your heads around that people DON'T like high taxes.
So ok, when is he gonna say
"Look your not qualified for the presidency, turn it over"
Or is he gonna waffle on that.
I'd like my taxes lowered and spending cut.
I know its hard for you socialists to get your heads around that people DON'T like high taxes.
God what a prick you are! He works hard and is successful and you want to punish him. Socialism at its worst!
Waaah, he has more money and it's not fair! I want more than my share - waaah, Obama make him give me a bigger piece.![]()
I thought Palin was horrible. When you don't want to answer a question (or don't know an answer), you have to be able to improvise on your feet not just refuse to answer and start rambling about non-related material. I was embarrassed for her for the majority of the debate.
I'm through "arguing" with you, it's not even an argument because you never provide any substance. You just insult me. It's kind of ridiculous.
God, want a tissue?
Or do you want to elaborate on why you think I should pay over half of my income to the federal government?
Amen to that.
And I'm sick of the personal attacks by TPark and Crookshanks. I don't personally attack you for your stance. I'd appreciate the same respect. But I won't expect it.
I'll remember that after the next time you insult me for rooting for Michael Finley like you did all last season.
I feel Palin met expectations. She really couldn't help that.
I do feel Biden won the debate. I think Biden will win with independents in all the snap polls.
At worst for the Obama camp, this was a tie and blows over tomorrow when the economy comes back into focus. It was not a game changer though. And with each event like this that passes and is not a game changer, McCain loses a chance to swing the race.
Not remotely likely, unless you don't own a home, don't make charitable contributions, and don't find other ways to create deductions for yourself to reduce your true tax rate.
TPark... am I reading you correctly? You are trying to say you make over $250K?
Also, I'd like to say while Palin met my expectations I don't think she did a very good job. It was that the expectations were simply do nothing incredibly stupid.
That being said, I think Biden far exceeded my expectations. I had low expectations for him as well, and I thought he was excellent.
I make charitable contributions but I don't think I should be paid back for doing it.
Thats like expecting a present back at christmas after giving someone one.
I'd prefer not to say, but I am considered "rich" by Obama's standards yes.
I agree with that. I don't usually like him that much and I thought he was very good.
I know it hard for big headed people who inherit their family business to get their heads around that people don't like high taxes when they have to pay them.
Why do I get the sneaky su ion that you T Park, would have no problem if McCain said everyone making over $250.,000 would get no tax hikes but people making less than $250,000 would.
So you don't deduct those charitable contributions when you file your taxes?
Well, then you are saying you earn more than $250K and you are already in a nearly 50% tax bracket.
I think Palin outright avoiding the questions early on - and even admitting it (which I think is a foolish mistake) is going to hurt her quite a bit.
I've always meant to ask if his business is making over $250k.
Tpark, do you actually pay yourself that much?
Ahhh nice little jab there.
But uh, yes I would have a problem with mcCain if he said that. I don't support higher taxes on anyone.
I think the entire nation is over taxed.
You'd be wrong. I'd guess he wants lower taxes for every tax bracket.
the word you're looking for is dangerous... and I completely agree.
My business does, and I do.
I work hard, I think I've earned itJK
Spending can't just be magically cut. Especially not by an administration that wants to keep "winning" multiple wars.
