Pretty good game. I had two TV's side-by-side with this one on with the Mavs game. Had to satisfy my Rockets friend. lol

Yao was way off tonight. He couldn't do a damn thing in the 2nd half. Complete non-factor.

I'm not getting worked up. All I wrote about was my observation that Houston can't beat the teams that count. Nothing more, nothing less. Some Rockets fans seem to take offense to me pointing that out.

I'm not really expecting to win that game........I mean yeah it'd be nice, but the Celtics are coming off a loss and are going to bring their "A" game. (They're not going to overlook us like they did the Pacers)

I think we need to be at full strength and have much more chemistry (need to gel) to beat them. If we atleast play them tough in a close game I'll be more than happy.

Plus KG is probably the worst matchup in the NBA for us.

Well, I'm happy........not thrilled, but we proved that even on a bad night, we're going to be able to hang with any team in the league.

Any Spurs fan that is trying to talk crap right now, needs to pull his head out of his ass.

Houston just took the NBA champs to the wire, despite playing a very sloppy game. Yao probably won't have a game that bad for the rest of the season.

No discredit to Kendrick Perkins or any player on the Celtics, but yes. Yao just had a bad game. Yao has never looked as apathetic/untalented as he did tonight.

umm.....yeah??? I mean Perkins played a great game, but Yao played extremely ty. last I checked Perkins didn't morph into the rim and block Yao's wide open dunk when nobody was around him.

Yao will not have a game that bad for the rest of the season.

Rockets have a long way to go before this team gels. Artest still throws up shots and dominates the ball. JVG was right, Artest is a ballstopper. Hope Adleman can get the dude to cut and pass. Barry still isn't used to the offensive systems and his timing is a bit off. T-Mac, and Scola at times run the offense ok but a lot of times, again they aren't throwing to the weakside when Yao gets doubled. Yao when he gets doubled either needs to cut high and then go back and repost or if he has the ball throw the ball to Scola on the weakside. Rafer Alston was simply abysml. He needs to start shooting better or look for a bench spot next to Francis. Sheesh.

Brooks was a bright spot. Landry nearly fouled out of the game in the first half. Hayes played well but you'll never get offense out of Hayes. He's our Bruce Bowen.
