Besides the le game itself, what game(s) were against difficult opponents in 2005? And take a look at Florida's schedule from last year.
you're a ing dumbass. thats what an oklahoma education will do to ya.

Vince Young didn't even start the '03 OU game. Chance Mock did. He was 1-1 vs. Oklahoma dip
haha I forgot QBs are supposed to get the ball in goal line situations and score 23 TIMES. How do you account for the 6 less passing touchdowns and 250 fewer passing yards in a conference where defense is actually played? You think because you post a few highlights that means, "Oh this guy I'm ing my pants over must be the best if I can find some random highlights."
I'd like to see Vince Young try to do that and not wind up crying on the sidelines.

Ya, I saw so much awesome defense. Must be really good to fall or a jab step and leave a WR streaking down field wide open.
I stopped 3 minutes in and only saw 1 rushing TD outside of 15 yards. An old lady could have ran half of those runs in. If you are going to nut yourself over stats it's relevant.
Gee I wonder what Vince Young's TDs look like. Go to the 4:30 mark.
He wouldn't have needed to run him over, he would of just juked to the right and continued on for a lot more yards. As seen multiple times in the Rose Bowl highlight video.

Wow, it's like talking to a child with a short memory. Again, Vince Young wouldn't truck someone to get about 2 extra yards but rather avoid the defender all together to get about 20 extra yards. All I saw in that video was a potential injury that could have been avoided with some athleticism.
OSU in the Horseshoe?
Well I agree he would avoid contact at all costs. But I fail to see how he could've dodged contact when his feet were held and the defender was directly in front of him. Maybe I should start wearing some burnt orange colored glasses.
haha funny. Claiming a game against a big ten team is difficult.
Fiesta Bowl champs. Troy Smith. In the Horseshoe.
Oh no not Troy Smith!!!!!!
Then I guess you haven't seen his highlights. He never had a defender hanging on to his feet, NEVER.
instead of acting like a why dont you point out what you disagreed with.
you cant becuse it is fact, all your doing is make your self look foolish
And here is another argument. Considering the amount of punishment they would give guys like Javorski Lane and Stephen McGee, I'd like to see tebow try to truck ANYONE on that 2005 Texas defense. And yes I'm even talking about the secondary with Aaron Ross, Michael Griffin, Michael Huff, and Tarell Brown. I guarentee you he'd start to think twice about lowering his shoulders
i was at that game and vy played way more than good ol chance mock did but thats fine in the 3 years vince (i wanna kill myself cause i cant beat out a drunk for a starting qb job young) was at texas his team was 1-2 agains ou. by the best part of the 03 game was vy fumbleing on the 1 yard line and takeing points away from his team.
No, you're a dumbass because he was really 1-1 against OU and lost to the team that went to the championship game.
OK but he didn't have the luxury of a real starting qb like tebow had chris leak so comparing the freshman years is totally unfair
"Waaaah! Stop making good points or I'm telling!"
Each players stats in bowl games as a full time starter.
Vince Young
46/68 68% 447 yards 1 TD 1 INT
40 rushes for 392 yards(9.8 avg), 7 touchdowns, long of 60 in 04 and long of 45 in 05
VY 2-0, beat Michigan who was 9-2, also beat 12-0 and the "greatest team of all time" who was on a 34 game win streak playing at home in Cali.
839 total yards, 8 touchdowns
Tim Tebow
35/63 55% 385 yards, 5 TD 2 INT
38 rushes 166 yards(4.3 avg), 1 touchdown, longs of only 19 and 15
Tim Tebow LOST to the Michigan team that lost to Appalachian State(on the way to a 9-4 season) and then beat a 12-1 OU team whose spot in the game was debatable and was on a 7 game win streak.
551 yards, 6 touchdowns.
botht qb's for texas sucked that day and mock was benched after the first drive of the game
My point exactly. Vy was a playmaker during the most clutch times. And before you start referencing his pro career which hasn't even been that bad for a rookie, and all of his "mental problems" which have been blown WAY out of proportion, there's no way you can deny that given the choice of VY or tebow from their junior season's, any sensible coach would pick VY to lead his team.
And because florida had chris leak, tebow was never thrust into the starting spot against there biggest rival who played in the national championship as a freshman like VY was
