I would have to go with the Pop Fist Pump after the 2005 Suns playoff series I think. I believe Chris has it as an avatar. I remember thinking "No way that was Pop that just did that".

When Pop was interviewed by Craig Sager and Pop questions him about his choice of attire...
Pop then proceeds to take the hankerchief from Sager's coat pocket, pretends to blow his nose in it and walks off with the hankerchief...

I kinda liked watching Pop yell at Manu when he first got on the team. Manu would drive Pop nuts with his gambling style of play. Pop yelled,,benched and yelled again, but eventaully gave in to let Manu be Manu. Watching Pop blow a blood vessel during this time was classic.
too bad no camera was running when he delivered the soft card on that bus trip in sacramento. that one would have taken the cake.
who can forget when CIA Pop this past summer when he showed up in shorts and his beard to get Manu out of the airport ASAP at the right time and right spot. Manu's expression was pretty funny too.

I particularly enjoyed when during some press conference during either the 2005 or 2007 finals, some reporter asked pop what made him 'giddy'
Pop proceeded to talk about wine and how its makes him 'giddy'
