Tracy McGrady has missed 16 games this season while trying to rehabilitate his knee after last May’s surgery.
Rockets guard Tracy McGrady has been ruled out of tonight’s game against the Sacramento Kings because of on-going problems with his left knee.
McGrady underwent an MRI examination that revealed no knee injury or other changes since previous tests and diagnoses, the Rockets announced Wednesday. The Rockets said holding him out of tonight's game was a "precautionary measure."
McGrady has missed 16 games this season while trying to rehabilitate his knee after last May’s surgery. He played in seven of eight games since returning from two weeks of conditioning, missing one with a sprained ankle. He made 1 of 9 shots Monday in the loss in Milwaukee.
McGrady is averaging 15.6 points per game, making a career-low 38.8 percent of his shots.
You know I got a screwed up knee and it's because my quads are too tight and I got really tight hip flexors. Perhaps it's time to send T-Mac back to Dr. Patterson in Waco to see if the good doctor can work another Miracle on him.
Something extremely fishy about this, are the rockets doing a watergate type coverup or something? Clutch from clutchfans seems to know something we don't here's what he had to say
I'm guessing artest and Tmac didn't get along..Doubt T-Mac is being traded but I bet he gets real healthy once Artest is traded.
That medical staff is a pile of crap. How can those bas s not see this on one of the team's best players?
There has to be something else going on here. He went to see about 3 or 4 doctors and nobody could detect missing cartilage??? I feel like for rippin him all the time, but the rockets might be able to run their offense without the main ballstopper in Mcgrady. He should have the surgery now and start rehab ASAP.

(He had the MRI because he wanted one. The MRI did not show anything new. -- Jonathan)
And already I was prove as right. Now what you were saying about Americans would never do this?
there is a major coverup + behind the scenes scramble going on fersure.
Ch 2 news doesn't report false crap
Ok this is bull . This smells like a coverup. T-Mac is really hurt and the Rockets are saying he's ok. Why would they do this unless...they were trying to trade him. But what the good does it do to cover up this bs when in fact any team taking T-Mac would also insist on an MRI to test T-Mac's knee.
Oh and by the way, while we are at it, why don't we just go back in and scope T-Mac's knee since everyone think it's minor surgery. Landry looks like a genius now for not subjecting himself to the quacks the Rockets call doctors.
It was just like i say all along, Rockets managers cannot be trusted. They are liars.
You are an epic example of dumb.
T-Mac says his injury is real after his MRI

He said he was healthy his entire career until this. What the was that when he was screaming on the court clutching his back???
I didn't watch the vid, but he probably means it's his first time coming off of surgery. These 2 surgeries this past offseason were the first of his career.
On the stretcher, lookin dead
here is your shot suns fans! well maybe
I'm with you. I've been following the Rockets off and on, and i remember going on your boards and seeing how management was basically saying it's all in his head. Watching him he looked awful. I know he's a mentally weak player to a degree, but he looked injured.
He used to be my favorite player. It's so sad what the injuries have done to his career.
This is news? I liked T-Mac the player up until he started with the back spasms a few years back. From there on out it's been injury after injury... I bet you the Rockets don't wanna say anything so they can move him.
I bet this would be real funny if it happened to dirk.
Well it turns out that he is just a wuss.
And Artest and Tmac do not fit, nor get along...IMO.
DD
He did laugh last spring when Dirk had a major ankle sprain only to watch him suck it up and secure Dallas a playoff spot![]()
