Exactly. It seemed like an awkward semi-bow. Obama probably couldn't remember whether or not he had to bow, so he fudged it. It happens.

But I'm just so fed up with all this hero worship of Obama. He made numerous gaffes on this European tour, he apologized for America everywhere he went and he accomplished absolutely nothing!

yoni is a big proponent of tradition and protocol when it comes to the big issues like how the potus greets foreign dignitaries, but not so rigid when it comes to the little things like habeas corpus, warantless wiretaps, torture, invading sovereign nations, etc. you could say he’s managed to strike the perfect balance.
Since everyone here is ignoring on commenting as to why the White House is lieing about something caught on tape..

Conservatives are like animals because they don't seem to be able to seperate respect from dominance. Animals are not able to distinguish the two.
A guy once kissed my hands (Im a guy too) because I made him laugh so hard. He probably didnt mean to kiss my hands because he did it while he was laughing and was in the moment so it was impulsive. I did NOT think that was a show of submission because I'm so dominant. NO WAY. I just took it as a gesture of thanks. Simple as that.
