, can't believe I forgot to mention 28 days later. That was a great recent horror/thriller.
had to have a look at her imdb page to check as nothing memorable came to mind besides the professional
darjeeling limited
mars attacks
(both fairly small roles though...)
and i'm not sure how much i liked this movie, but she was super sultry sexy in it - closer. oh and i guess garden state, i've never seen it, but loads of people rate it...
It the clown continues to haunt my dreams on a rare occassion. There's nothing more frightening I've ever read or heard about than a creature that not only assumes your worst fears, but can't be detected by without said fears. AND he lives in the sewer. Nothing like listening for gurgling sounds in the drain and drawing the shower curtain open before you can use the toilet.
I like The Exorcist, from 1973. I thought the "unrated" version (with deleted scenes) was actually worse. The added scenes did nothing for the movie, in fact made it worse.
I'm not much for horror movies. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen Nightmare on ES, or Friday the 13th.
"The last house on the left" the original from 1972 though. That was hard to get a hold of until just very recently.
I definitely consider it a horror movie. You probably can't classify it as strictly a horror movie since it also overlaps with the suspense and thriller genres, but much like the descent, it's the overlapping genres and deeper themes that make the movie stand apart from you're typical slasher "Jason" or "Freddy" movie.
I thought it was pretty good.
I know it's not a horror movie but one of the freakiest things I've ever seen in a movie was Frank the bunny from Donnie Darko.
