They're using Hoopsworld as their damn source. Calm down, guys. Bruce is going to retire if he doesn't come to the Spurs, and I don't think there's any way he ends up on the Spurs, so he will retire.
1.7 pts 1.2 rebs .5 ast .5 stl .2 blk
50 games 2 starts season high comes against Spurs @ SA 8pts knees Tony Parker in the balls, causes Manu to sprain an ankle. At which point Spurs fans are asking is Bruce a dirty player?

Say it ain't so, Bruce. Just call Pop and tell him you'll trade places with Bonner. He has relatives in the Boston area. And we're gonna need more than RJ playing perimeter 'D' on the #2's & 3's.
Watching Bruce guard Manu in the finals is disgusting.
Retire and save your legacy as the best perimeter defender.
manu would get owned
Overrate bruce a little more please?
manu is not as good as kobe
bowen makes kobe shoot a bad percentage and scores on him
are you overating manu just a tade![]()

scissors own the cloth and easily tear it up, then the scissors also own the stone which is always the loser every time facing cloth? I think it's just the different styles of players that make them get owned by different sorts of defenders. Ron Artest and Battier are both legit defenders but neither can cares Kobe well, while Lebron has never done crap when facing Ron and Battier. Quick and clutch defenders are always nightmares to Bryant and Bowen just belongs to this sort, but a strong body and big size doesn't help crap when it comes to defending Kobe.
besides, the days Bowen made troubles to Bryant were already years behind us, today's Bowen can't do crap even on the defensive end, though he can still be a monster when face to face against pieces of craps like you ducks.
Yeah, but I'd rather have a guy who shoots 40% every game instead of 90 percent one game and 15 percent for the next two.
The oringinal article was just an assumption, a source from hoosworld and hoopsworld "according to published reports". that really beats me.

According to published reports a return to the Spurs appears "unlikely" while the Celtics are said to be holding off on signing free agent Marquis Daniels of the Indiana Pacers until management can decide if adding Bowen to their roster is more feasible.
Retire and get him as a defensive assistant coach.
That would make him the dirtiest player in the league by veto!
HAHA anybody thinks Bruce Bowen is going to either of them...Ive got a bridge to sell you!!! This is classic POP. Bowen is a Loyal man and will be either on the coach staff or his number in the rafters.
Manu comes with two Manu-stoppers these days. Ankle left and ankle right.![]()
why " Bowen"...?...
He's clearly shown interest in coming back here, it's his home..he clearly wants to be here..he clearly had some left in the tank last year, but couldn't get minutes because of a certain relationship between the coach and another player on the team..it isn't his fault..
Nah, maybe he feels that way about how the Spurs sent him away when they shouldn't have.
bowen will always be someone i respect regardless of where he hangs his sneakers up at... those who say bowen!
