Scola is a better rebounder, than Dirk. Dirk is the better scorer which is why I said Dirk is better. Howard is better than McGrady? You can't bet that ing re ed. A warm body is better than Damp.

Same excuse was used for Scola until he proved everyone wrong, and Anderson is just as proven overseas as Scola ever was.

Scola is not a better rebounder than Dirk. Dirk spends the majority of his time on the perimeter, and can't guard anybody good down low, yet is still grabbing double digit rebounds or close every night. He's even capable of monster 15+ board games.

T-Mac = Howard - If Tracy gets back, like he said, then he's better than Josh
Ariza < Marion - Right now it's still like that. But I gues Trevor will put up better numbers this year.

Andersen = Dampier - We really don't know what will David do. He's still unproven.

Sorry Rocket fans, but your team is going to suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck. Trevor Ariza was an okay 3 point shooter who averaged like 8 points a game all year. And now you're depending on him being your #1 option for most of the season while T-Mac is hurt?

I foresee an Austin Croshere-like fall for Trevor Ariza. He got hot at the most opportune of times for a couple months, turned that into a nice payday, and will promptly go back to sucking for the rest of his career.

nice assessment. although his 3 point shooting was off the ing charts for that playoff run, i still think he's an average player unless he shows me something this year. he was just a perfect fit in LA's system.

They are right: The Mavs are 1 piece away: A real presence down low. The problem is, just about every team needs another one of those. And yes, the Dwight Howard comment is not that far off the mark: D-How + Dirk and that guard rotation with Carlisle at the helm would be the favorites to win the le.
