I really hope we will meet (tso & lo Cavfanatic) in 1/4 final. Our team would be sky high motivated. If we will have at least Dragic back it will be ass-wooping.
Yes you are right!I'm sorry. But there is no difference. If Russia and France win, Greece is third.

I think Dragic won't play in QF. Because of this probably Russia would be the best match for us. They're the weakest of the four at the PG position.
Not really. There's point difference. Greece is on + 45 and Russia is - 2. Greece would need to lose by 20 and Russia would need to win by 30.
I'm sorry but Slovenia will probably not play Greece in 1/4.
Russia beat Greece, so if they're tied Russia will be 2nd (i'm not sure though).
Do you prefer Greece instead of Russia???Realy?
Russia won Greece.
Exactly.
Yes. Motivation is a big thing.
It would be better if you have an easy win at the QF and you will propably have your chance to win us in the SF.
We must get over 1/4 final for the first (can you belive this?) time. Then I will talk about the rest.
and good night.
And there will be no easy 1/4 final game.
Yea, but isn't point difference counting?
Serbia won Spain, but they are still fourth in the group and Spain is third and both've got 6 points.
I don't think so. I'm 99% sure that Russia will be second if we are tied.
We'll see. I just rather get Russia than Greece. That's all.
You should give it all against Turkey. If you win, then you will play against either FYROM, Croatia, Germany or Russia.
Coach said that they'll play at full power, but with just 8 players it will be hard. I just hope D.Lorbek and Slokar will be fine. Macedonia's got really small chances against Russia, while I would not like to play Croatia. They always suck in the first two rounds and then they start playing for real. Germany or Russia would be nice.
Slovenia will not beat Greece. you are delusional.
Is Greece loses and Russia wins, Greece finishes 3rd; 100% sure.
The first tie-breaker is one vs another game, not goal average.
Also the temporary ranking displayed on the eurobasket website does not take into account those rules; that's why Spain is displayed as 3rd and Serbia as 4th.
If the group qualification were to stop today, Serbia would be 3rd, Spain 4th (Serbia won over Spain)
Yeah out of all the teams in that group Croatia is the one that gives me a bad feeling the most. Hopefully we play Russia. Germany would be even nicer.
This is ing incredible right now... If calculating in Nesterovic, Becirovic, Udrih, Capin etc. we could actually make 2 medal worth teams right now.
One injured and one healthy.
But seriously.... whatever happens going forward I am proud of all of our guys and also Zdovc because they are doing an amazing job. Simply dominating while having so many players injured. If Klobucar won't become really good in a few days I don't know what to expect..
But as 100% of our guys stepped out in all of the games in Poland I wouldn't count anyone out. Insanely consistent, hard fought and allover awsome games to watch... What a great time to be a Slovenian BB fan!!!
Ok, we can't be worst than 2nd. It looks like Greece in q-finals. Payback time
Let's take game against Turkey easy - if we have chance to win in, let do it - if we lose -40, doesn't really matters.
EDIT: If Serbia loses to Lithuania, Spain beats Poland and we lose against Turkey, we still can end 3rd.

Funny thing is we can't really play easy against Turkey because we don't have players to put it so our main guy could rest lol. ALL OUR GUYS ARE OUR ROTATION GUYS
So i guess go for the win because we need to have 200 minutes of playtime covered anyways...
We have to rest E. Lorbek, Lakovič, Nachbar, Brezec and D. Lorbek, especially first three mentioned. More Klobučar and Golemac.
Slokar is OK, D.Lorbek is feeling better and Dragič will most likely play in the 1/4.
GREAT!![]()
