Nice win, let's hope it'll start a winning streak
Jazz beat us in San Antonio so now it's time for us beat the Bucks next monday
Very good win. Spurs basketball is off life support and showing signs of improvement.
Good Win!
32 assists, 59 rebs![]()
Dice with 8rebs in 15 minutes
Spurs with 59 boards tonight
How about the H.E.B commercials? they were hilariuos![]()
I didn't watch the game, but looking at the box score, wiz's shooting % was 33, we played good D today?
Yeah I wish someone recorded it cause I tried to watch it on justin.tv but the feed was horrible! But from the little I saw the Wiz just jacked up any shot! However we did play pretty good D and we hit the boards hard!
The D has been noticeably better for a few games now..
It starts with Duncan IMO, he's getting in better shape, and he's been very, very good defensively in the past few games..tonight was beautiful..Parker played nice D, even Finley was moving..McDyess and Duncan look solid together defensively, Ratliff brings a big presence off the bench, Hill and Bogans did what they do, and RJ is looking a lot better defensively..
we need this effort EVERY night on D to get back to Spurs defense..effort is arguably just as important as ability when it comes to defense..
I was 1 out of 2..I'll take 50%..no win tonight without Tony's dominance..
Haywood usually defends Duncan well..I guess Timmy heard he was being called serviceable by some Spurs fans, stepped his game up for us tonight..
It's ok. I screw up too. I just started reading the thread and now that the game has been played, some stuff is actually kinda funny.![]()
The defensive effort really won this game for us. I like Bogans starting just tonset a defensive tone. I think Pop is going to eventually have to call actual plays for RJ when TP and TD are out there. I also would love to see the team take more advantage of Dice's silk smooth J.
Defensively, I agree that it starts with TD, but Bogans is a big part also, and so is Hill. I love Theo roaming the paint. He's going to be blocking a lot of shots this season.
I know it's just the Wiz, but overall I thought there were bright spots out there.
Hehe! I was at the game and the Spurs win big! Told you all.![]()
Duncan should've scored 4 more points to break that jinx lol.
