As compared to a fanbase that can't even sell out PLAYOFF GAMES (aka THE SPURS)?
Spur fans are perhaps the biggest collection of fairweather fans there is outside of Celtic fans. Once TD and Pop retire that franchise is done.

LA is big enough to support 2 teams, one of which is never any good. so it's no surprise that in the one Horrible year where you only had one of the top 10 players in the league, you could still fill up the stadium.

oh and #4 - if I decided who my favorite team was based on the fans of that team, I wouldn't be able to root for any team, every team has a large amount of stupid, trash-talking, homer fans, the type that I loathe. that's a pretty pathetic way choose your team.
