These stingers are already in legal trouble in PA where it's a crime to record someone without telling them.
The intimidated less Dems piling on ACORN along with the Repug jackboot chorus to cut off funding was typical Dem. The cutoff of funds to ACORN was ruled uncons utional.
ACORN's only crime was registering huge numbers of have-nots to vote (against the Repug haves).
chicken Repugs don't like a fair fight against other (non-white, non-wealthy) citizens. They'd rather remove their rights altogether.

I think I remember two or three of their employees arrested for voter registration violations, and that's about it.
