I say this with respect, but c'mon, dude -- pulling an assertion out of thin air and presenting it as fact has nothing to do with common sense.

It's much more plausible that Pop's descent into madness has coincided with the loss of veteran players with leadership qualities and the loss of assistant coaches with the ability to challenge the head coach on his philosophies and game plans than the fact that he's literally gone insane or that he's suddenly become frightfully stupid. Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely and nothing happens all at once.

There are a number of common sense assertions one can make about why this continues to go on, and all they have to do is look at the players and coaches that have come through the organization and the results.

Wasn't this pretty much the same reaction from the fans in '07 when Pop did not make any changes in the roster and we all know how bad of a move it turn out to be, with the Spurs only wining the championship?

If you think this roster of babies is anyhow shape or form, in comparrison to that squad of '07, you are in for a hugh, i mean montumental let down come playoff's when the Spurs i either get bounced out in the first round or even make it that far.. Judging by thier current status they should fall out of the playoff race in the next 10-15 games.....

That roster in 07 had something called "HEART"... And just flat out wanted it.... This team has had a hard enough time beatting the scrubs of the NBA let alone the big boys......This roster of smalls will not get it done, trust me.....
