Funny how your dumb ass confused asking a question with crying. Guess as a mav fan you're so used to crying you just assume everyone does it all the time.
I've been a Cubs fan for 25 years. I know all about rooting for a team that doesn't win . I also don't act like a re whenever they play a division rival or make the playoffs. So, no, I wouldn't be insecure if I was a fan of that ty team. I'm a fan of another ty team and I'm not insecure about it.
Dallas fans, on the other hand, might be a whole different group of nozzles.
As a Spur fan living in Dallas, I can say that the Ticket is about as partial as you'll get, though they are big Mav fans, as would be expected by any local radio station.
I won't go so far as to say Mav fans don't know anything about basketball. They've had a very successful team in many ways, they just haven't had what it takes to win a le.
I also feel a little for them because they get so hyped by a team that performs pretty well in the regular season, only to have things go south every year in the playoffs. Dallas has had a sports jinx for since the early 90s and people here are desperate for Dirk to win them a le. He's got about a two year window to do that before he starts his decline and they drift into mediocrity.
All I've heard today is "How will the Mavs match up with the Lakers in the western finals?"
I mean on 105.3 they are already breaking down the western Finals.
Its hilarious honestly.

lol Dallas sports journalism
hahahaha
ha
and how many Spurs fans have you seen pick the Mavs? Dallas fans have an excuse, they have the better team this season
yea Mavs are scared less of Dejuan Blair. Dallas might as well forfeit. They have no chance in this series when the Spurs have the phenom on their squad.
Im not sure you meant this, but it sounded like you just said that Mav fans haven't had what it takes to win a ring. I lol'd.

Dejuan Blair s better basketball players than Roddy Beaubois.
I dont know...I think Roddy B is probably a better point guard than Blair
Spurs fans, if the Mavs winning this series is so ludicrous to you, then why not find a bookie or fly to Vegas and put your money where your mouth is? You could probably get really good odds.
They DO play different positions. I'll give you that.

btw, is Blair a 6'6 "center" when he's on the court with Duncan?...considering Duncan demands on being called a "power forward" and hates being called a "center" for some reason
Who are you trying to convince?
What does it matter? They are worried, I am worried,...We are all worried!!!!! Its the mo fo PO's dude von dudeinsteins!!!
Both teams are pretty damn good, and anyone can win. I have more fear of the Spurs not handling their business than I do of the Mavs, but I expect many Mavs fans are aware of recent history and feel similar about their team.
105.3 is the worst sports radio station in the history of the civilized world
status quo for them sayin stupid
Scared? No. However, most intelligent Mavs fans are not blatant homers. There is a healthy respect for the Spurs organization and everyone is well aware of what SA is capable of (Note: Capable doesn't translate into what they "will do"). Should be a great match-up and an entertaining series. Just anxious for it to get started already.
I live in corpus christi texas...I pick the spurs to win.....No doubt the mavs have a good team and I have nothing against the mavs but to me the spurs are better
Most "intelligent" fans aren't homers, period. Your point was?
Beg to disagree. Met plenty of intelligent individuals that are "homers" when it comes to "his/her" team.
Point, in case you missed it.
