Bingo. This guy's twitter isn't his PERSONAL twitter - no such thing exists, it's an extension of his public persona. I learned that myself (and why I have a facebook that I use a fake name for my private life). Your twitter, whether or not you intended, is automatically an extension of your public persona. Just like you can't go to a bar and act a fool and expect to get away with it, you can't tweet a fool and expect to get away with it.

Maybe along with the e-mail campaign, some of the SA faithful who are in Dallas should bombard Hitzges' show with calls and e-mails asking for Bacsik to explain some of that nonsense on the air. We I him, I wouldn't want any part of trying to defend that live and if people were to call in and make it an issue, it might become a real problem for the guy.

Might I call into your show to give you a piece of my mind, yes if I'm offended enough. But this dude's actions/words speak more for him in THIS INSTANCE than any crying by offended people can.

I think Manny's point, and the one I agree with, is that his opinions aren't him in a private setting. He uses twitter to promote and extend his public persona. It is essentially the same as him being on air.
