I'll give you the bottom line here. If you are a public person, please stay away from tweeter. His use of tweeter on personal time/non-personal time/in the clock/out of the clock doesn't excuse him from what he writes. This will obviously cost him dearly as he needs to be responsible for his remarks if he's out there in the public posting stuff.
So bottom line, if you are a public person and don't wish to get criticized by your remarks you are probably better off not even posting.
You can't claim you are not accountable because people are following your account or because you are drunk. Don't drink and drive.
