Are you re ed?

son yet he has led the NBA in steals 3 different years and has been voted to the All-Defensive 1st and 2nd teams. go back to sleep now.
Rondo led this year and got the second most votes for the All-Defense team.
I'd say Rondo is top 5. Rose is an awesome scorer, but I think Rondo runs the offense better and plays D better, so I barely give him the nudge. I've got CP3, DWill, and Nash (even though his defense is mediocre at best) and Parker just barely above him.
son Rondo can arguably be considered for top 5 no doubt, but top 2 or 3 no ... that was the point I was trying to make. oh and the only reason he led the league in steals this season is because Paul got hurt lol.
Probably. But being second best in steals isn't too bad.![]()
son no doubt about that. plus Rondo and Paul were neck and neck with steals anyways whenever Paul got hurt so in fairness, Rondo may have beat him.
Rondo>Fisher>Nash>Williams>Nelson>Parker>Rose>Coll ison>Westbrook>Dragic>Calderon>Blake>Duhon>Cp3
Paul is not good defensively. ing midget
lol well son at least he isn't a made choker like Dirk.
The he isnt
2nd seed WF lose to WVU

lol Dirk being out of luck if the refs don't put him at the line
lol 8th seed GSW
lol 2006 NBA champion Heat
lol 7th seed Spurs
lol knocking up crackhead felons
lol paying $250 for a hand job on a cab driver salary
Rondo has needed a jumper since he was a sop re in high school. It was his biggest critique then, and remains such now. If he hasn't drastically improved it in the nine years since it was first brought to his attention, I doubt it is an area that improves to drastically. He could get it where he can at least hit an open jumper, but I don't think he has even that in him. He likely won't focus on it until his athleticism is in decline, and by then his chance to maximize his skills will be gone. He's a fantastic athlete and a great PG, but I don't like it when a player has but one weakness and can't improve it in a decade of knowing, than I doubt it's something that's fixed. I cite Kidd as exhibit A for this.
Rondo also needs to learn how to shoot free throws as well.
yo you got fat white posing as a black mexican. Yeah, I'm calling you out brhornet. When you play the ing passing lanes and go for the steal don't you leave your man open (In a league that is so stacked at pg)? That's matador defense.
the steals argument is imbecile, only man to man steals is good defense, the rest is risk and a good d does not risk at pg only if it has a rondo or payton and cp3 ain't one
Cp3 lack of size is clear when he defends bigger guards .. kinda always. He ain't as feisty as rondo to composate for lack of size. This sure does bring a concern in a league with so much talent and size at pg ( dwill, drose, tyreke, john wall, etc). How does cp3 fare against them defensively?
He's a great passer and offensive , even rebounder for pg, but as player but you gotta go both ways. For a scrub ass team he is perfect stat padder. For a contender coach he lacks 3/4 of requirements:
- physical talent (met)
- leadership/mental toughness (LOL 121-63 LACK)
- size (LACK)
- defense(the steals argument is imbecile, only man to man steals is good defense, the rest is risk and a good d does not risk at pg only if it has a rondo or payton => LACK)
So did dwill get completely outplayed and quit like a pussy 121-63 style? Did cp3 lead the jazz to wcf?
take a good look at utah's roster and their injuries since forever and at the fact that they alaways played deep in the playoffs (wcf, 2xwcsf), look at what cp3 has accomplished with quality comparable relatively healthy rosters in the playoffs (3 missed completely out five, an wcsf ) , look at deron vs cp3 alltime stats, and now if you still think cp3's better go post in the wnba threads you cuckold.
I've in grown tired of your idiotic trolling and "he the black jesus best in the world " leading a team over the luxury cap no- ing-were. God damn you're dumber than a bloody rock.
Rondo is a bad man. Quickly becoming my favorite PG in the league.
You cite Kidd as an example that PGs with deficient jump-shots who don't fix it in their first seasons in the league will never fix it? That's... odd.
Rondo has been slowly improving his jumper. He'll never be good, but hopefully he'll become serviceable enough.
--------
I've always said Deron Williams was the best PG in the league even when Paul was the flavour of the day and Williams was dealing with multiple injuries. Paul dominates the ball an awful lot and his size makes him a bit of defensive liability. Leaves lots of shots to be properly contested.
To me, it's:
1. Williams
2. Paul
then in another tier you have Nash + Rondo.
