Golden State doesn't count. Besides Collison plays the point unlike you, and hehad to share the rock with Thornton as well who did score 37 at Cleveland.
The Rockets used this year to get younger and more athletic....they are on the rise, while the Spurs and Mavs are on the way down.

I'd Imagine Dallas will get a pretty decent return for Dampier's contract. I can totally see Cuban changing the landscape of the Mavericks drastically, so who knows about them.
Hill is becoming legit, Blair is nice, but it's hard to see San Antonio getting much better than they were this year, because some of their players are almost at the point where every year there is a noticeable dropoff in productivity/ability, Duncan in particular.
I feel like the Rockets are in prime position to be pretty damn good next year, especially if Yao holds up. If Yao goes down, we go down. But in a perfect world, I feel like we will be legit. The law of averages tells us that Yao should at least be healthy for the playoffsMorey has stated that Mr. Alexander has given the green light to spend whatever it takes to acquire a premium talent this offseason(Bosh or whoever), but we'll just have to wait and see. It's pretty hard not to be biased, but this is how I feel.
Merge all three teams into a super squad in Austin.
sons who gives a about Collison???? he isn't even the best rookie on the Hornets. Marcus Thornton is the real star rookie of our team. Collison is good for his age, but overrated.
I had to share with a guy named Dirk (hes a bit better than Thornton
), and deal with some ball hogs like Jet and JJ. Plus if GS is so bad why didn't Collison or Thornton score 40 against them?
I on Ellis and Curry all day.
you serious? Thornton had a better rookie year, but Collison will be better long-term. He actually creates his own shot better than Thornton right now since he has a better crossover and is quicker with the ball in his hands. Plus, he rebounds, defends better as well.
fils, he just s on the great Collison because he threatens his butt buddy CP3
Collison's a PG. He had 20 assists against them which is 40+ points. Thornton had 28 that game, so did West.
son I don't dislike Collison, but I am not a fan of what I see from him so far. He has a "ME FIRST/SHOOT FIRST" mentality and a VERY LOW basketball IQ. He single handedly lost at least 4 games for the Hornets this season with his selfish and stupid decisions during clutch moments. Now I know he is only a rookie, but people are overrating him tremendously. He had no business being on the NBA's All Rookie 1st team, Thornton did.
Well, he might be upset in a couple of seasons if CP3 leaves and Collison is the starting PG.
It's hard to play PG in this league. He got better throughout the season and actually won alot of games for us as well. He's gonna be a great 6th-man next season. Don't be so hard on him.
off topic much? lol maybe you should make a collison/thornton/beaubeois poll.
