I need to get back in shape. I went from playing college soccer and running every day, to doing jack squat. I can still go run a few miles and be ok, but I am no where close to the shape I used to be in. I have never lifted weights really. I usually just ran my azz off, did push ups/pull ups and plyometrics.
I need to drop about 10 pounds to get back to being comfortable. I gained about 10 lbs since I stopped playing soccer over the last 3 years, but I have pretty much peaked in weight gain because I eat pretty well. But I need to up my exercise. It all bores me though because I love playing sports and hate "just working out".
