again the Celtics have yet to have a complete team game or even have 3 players play well and they have been in each game.

Yet each time this is what the media says "Game 1 loss, Celtics were fortunate the Lakers didn't have any help"

"Game 2 win the Cs needed a career night from Allen to win"

"Game 3 Lakers win by 7 but it could have been by more"

Yes, but if they don't start getting more than one or two guys to play, the series will end. They might want to think about stepping up, say.. about now would be good.

I agree, just hate how the media does the wording for each victory or loss. No credit is ever given to the Cs or it is like "they needed a career night from someone"

He never shortens his dribble, this is hwy so many players poke the ball from him. That's horrible for a player of his caliber.

Here is the fundamentals lacking in the FREAKING NBA Finals ...

1. Ron, Rondo Lamar and Tony allen not able to hit open jumpers.

2. Farmar & Brown inability to hit open men in pnr AND make post entry passes

3. Rondo and Farmar as PG's unable to hit FT's (HUGE pet peeve)

4. Perkins can not score underneath without a slow, time consuming power gather ...

5. Many guys failing to box out even Kobe pierce Allen etc.

6. Dumb guards (brown, nate etc) leaving shooter to double weak post players ...

7. Plenty of poor outlet and inbound passing


Overall defense on both sides have been good ESPECIALLY in transition

C's are missing some good looks. But that's what great defense does, it makes you hurry even your open looks, so you miss a bunch of those, too.

Have no clue how this 2nd half will end up. This series has been pretty unpredictable so far.
