well, considering this site is dominated by gray named spur fan, no the basketball sections get more traffic. we're not trying to raise nfl forum awareness to that level because then we'd just have 80000 steeler fans coming in here and saying six rings got in every thread. it would just be nice if we could get to a point where "team x" wins a big game against the colts or cowboys or steelers or anyone good and it doesnt cause a few people who never post in the nfl forum anyway to come down here for a few weeks and deliver ty football takes to us until their team descends back into relative mediocrity.
NFL forum all-time r has to be DarrinS, who waited until the AFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME (for those like Cry Havoc not in the know this is the game just before the Super Bowl) to show up and start talking .

my comment was not addressed exclusively to you, but apparently you care how many people post here since you all but outed that you don't post in here all year because it's a "dead forum". utilize revisionist history to label it trolling all you want, we know what you really meant. no sense in backpedaling now.
What a f'ng cry baby. I went into one thread and made a comment to mock you and you get butt hurt. You act like you don't, but this shows you do.um, this place gets enough traffic during the season to not qualify as a dead forum. i just think it's funny that like dpg, cry havoc is pulling this "i'd rather post in forums that more people read blah blah blah" nonsense, like it's some kind of putdown to the people who make the nfl forum great.
this is a pretty good forum compared to other parts of spurstalk but it's always going to have lame people who come out of nowhere and act like their team has won the super bowl when their team is winning. we saw bronco fan come out of the woodwork last season, texan fan after week 1 and now we've even got cry havoc posting in here.

Yeah, 2 pages of people hating on the Bears, one of you being pissy about when other people post in the forum, and another half page of people discussing the faces of NFL quarterbacks.
