lol @ asking me to prove a negative.
100% wrong.
lol @ asking me to prove a negative.
since you "know it all", what would you have done?
legally speaking, it appears they have every right not to provide the service of putting the fire out.
I just wouldn't want to be the fire fighter that says no. I would like to be able to sleep at night with a clear conscience and not be a yahoo story.
Sucks to be him, but the homeowner is to blame.
You dont want to be the firefighter who was fired for breaking the company rules right?...over some dude who didnt pay his fee.
wasn't it already asked in this thread?
what would you do if someone was in the house?
and thats why new rules need to be made. But, like you said, legally, they wernt at fault.
let me ask it yes or no....
if you are the firefighter and someone might be in there or might not be in there, do you risk your job by putting out the fire and going in?
If i was in front of the house and i knew someone was in it, id go in and take the consequences. Other than that, probably not.
I wonder what would have happened if the family had lied and said there was someone inside.
lol thats what they probably should have done, but i bet they would get in trouble....the owner would say "ooops i 'forgot' that there was noone inside afterall"
what kind of trouble?
