I'm not sure how to respond. I'm mixed about it. However, if a community allows free services that everyone else pays for, then everyone will stop paying.

Sucks to be him, but the homeowner is to blame.

if you are the firefighter and someone might be in there or might not be in there, do you risk your job by putting out the fire and going in?

If i was in front of the house and i knew someone was in it, id go in and take the consequences. Other than that, probably not.
