Jason Kidd beat his wife. Kevin Love is actually just a white guy, but that's a common mistake.
Since I’m from europe, I don’t have like 20 basketball TV shows a day unless I’m hitting every link on every basketballpage.
That because I’d like to ask you about the following topic, coz a lot of you have more insight generated out of interviews you saw and so on!
I’d like to know, who are the “GOOD GUYS” in the league.
Guys that behave well, say the right things, are loyal, would sacrafice their own well (role/playingtime) for the best of the team, wouldn't cheat on their woman/girl and so on...Just guys, that have the longest way beeing named a “headcase”!
Durant/Battier seem to be obvious choices but I’m not sure on a lot of others (e.g. Kidd seems to be a nice guy, but didn’t he drive out some coaches?).
To make it more interesting, it would be great to have like a “good guy”-lineup (startin5 or even a full roster with coach)...not necessarily beeing great players.
Thanks a lot in advance!
BTW.: Am I right, that Kevin Love is one of the good guys?

lol right...forgot about the Kidd thing...so hes out!
Kenyon? Really? He doesn't seem that way, but I cant recall anything wrong he did.
Funny things is, that the 1st three I think about are all SF's...from three different eras (if you want to call it that): Hill, Battier, Durant
...but especially with real big man it gets tough
Probably be called a homer for this, but Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili are both "good guys."
For example (to avoid complete blind homerism), Coming out of Wake Tim's girlfriend figured their days were numbered since being an NBA star comes with alot of perks. Shameless, skank perks. But Tim was insistent that he wanted to continue their relationship, despite her continued doubts. During his rookie year, Tim called her on a daily basis and eventually earned her renewed trust. They are now married with children.
I don't have any Manu stories, its really just his general at ude that gives me the impression. He is smart, enjoys math and computers. And his excitement over being a father comes off as genuine and loving. But this isn't as proven as Timmy's "good guyness."
thought about the both of them too, but wanted to avoid naming spurs players.
Of course, Tim also has multiple tattoos, a formerly pierced tongue, and was alleged to smoke weed in his college days.
None of that matters to me, but idk what your standards are.![]()
unless someone really does something special (i.e. David Robinson, Mutombo) i try not to label any of these guys. nobody knows who the they really are.
yeah, I guess you have to be carefull with this, but thats actually why I'm asking you...some of you have an --at least-- better picture than me.
[Ducks]
But Tony is smarter and enjoys computers
Also if he had children
more genuine and loving than manu
[/Ducks]
Other than get shat on by Hakeem and run up the score on the Clippers to win a scoring le, what the has Robinson done that's so special?
Is that a joke?
Lebron james hands down, just think of the kids![]()
Yao Ming is a class act, and deals with about as much pressure as anyone else in the NBA. He has suffered set back after set back and still smiles and keeps a good spirit about it all. Everyone that has played with Yao has said that he is both the ultimate teammate and person. That being said, he might not even be in the NBA for much longer, so the point might be moot
Other good guys off the top of my head:
Shane Battier
Luis Scola
Kevin Martin
Dwight Howard
Kevin Durant
Tim Duncan
Manu
Dirk (though he seems to hang out with some crazy hoes)
Greg Oden
Brandon Roy
Carl Landry
Tyler Hansborough
You're a joke.
Bull in Yao is a class act, the fact he's smiled while sitting on the bench stealing money doesn't make him a good guy. He shouldn't be smiling, he should feel terrible about screwing over the Rockets franchise the way he has by putting his national team ahead of his NBA team.
Shane Battier
Luis Scola
Kevin Martin (No, we don't know his personal life)
Dwight Howard (No, showing to porn star)
Kevin Durant
Tim Duncan
Manu
Dirk (...unsure, don't know if he is still screwing crack s)
Greg Oden (....)
Brandon Roy
Carl Landry (???)
Tyler Hansborough (Just no, ed a lot of skanky UNC girls)
Do you have a living room, kitchen and den under that rock you live in?
Kob.., couldn't get through that one with a straight face, TBH
..
not in the league anymore but id say david robinson.
Grant Hill
Tim Duncan
Dirk Nowitzki
Steve Nash
to name a few
Dirk- nicest guy in NBA
Grant Hill- all-around good guy
Yao Ming- class act and very humble
Tim smoked weed in his NBA days too. Probably still does. Doesn't mean he's not a good guy though.
