    This is amazing, I just checked my credit transactions. "On october 13th your account was charged $109.95 from timewarner nba.com."

    It irritates me that this little fact of automatically renewing my membership and automatically charging my credit card clearly was (likely) embedded somewhere deep within the fine print of the terms and conditions.

    As far as I knew last year, I was signing up for a single year of nba league pass broadband and that's it.

    I never expected to be continuously charged annually for this - obviously I (must have) signed up for such a system but I did not intend to. Infuriating.

    Fortunately for them, I did want nba league pass broadband this year, but the point still stands.

    And just to be clear, I had absolutely no idea that I had been charged for NBALP on october 13th. I have my system set up such that my credit balance is automatically paid off at the end of each month, and I receive hard copy notifications of my purchases every 2 months.
