I answered this question the last time you asked.
When the baby is born. DNA can only be extracted via amniocentesis before birth and for an elective cause (paternity - if they'll even run that, which is questionable) it's unlikely. Amnios carry a risk of miscarriage.
As for sex in pregnancy: http://americanpregnancy.org/pregnancyhealth/sex.html
A lot of women get hornier, just btw.
Additionally, since the made-up embryo is the size of a pea or blueberry right now, no, it wouldn't be disturbed. Even at full term, it wouldn't be disturbed. You display an alarming lack of understanding of both female anatomy and reproduction, which is unsurprising given that it is a troll job and your previous lack of understanding of basic biology and DNA.
Which harkening back - no, the baby couldn't 'become his' because he sleeps with her after conception occurs. When the sperm fertilizes the egg, the gametes from each combine into one full nucleid and cell reproduction begins and it can't be changed after that point, save by cessation of replication (death of the embryo).
And yes, I know it's a troll job, but if information is going to be out there, I like it to be accurate.
this isn't a trolljob, im not using any real names for a reason...
anyways, i cannot afford the 250-1000 dollar paternity test lol..i have to wait til after its born, but can she put the name on the certificate right when the baby is born? cause that would be before the test...and I don't want this to be complicated
when do they print a birth certificate? the day of birth?
Wait until the kid is two years old.
Common law is your friend.
Your trolling has fallen off a cliff. Too much of the same shtick, literally.
you're too dumb to be having sex if any of this is true
