Does anybody have a link to the last episode? The site I usually go to has got shut down.
It's weird because all the stuff that happened at the beginning of this season seems like a lifetime ago. It has definitely picked up and gotten better as the season went on.

try tv-dome.net
Search: "Dexter" and it will come up with the latest episode first.
Most times, it runs properly from the get-go, but sometimes, I have to start it and let it do it's thing. I get things down while it's umm...help me out. I'm drawing a blank. While it's loading anyway.
Enjoy, and get caught up before the finale tonight!
This is my favorite show. That being said, I really wish Deb would have learned something about Dexter helping Lumen and lead into a strong possibly last season. Seems Showtime will keep the show going for a while which is fine but I wanted a cliffhanger.
Weak weak weak season finale
are you man enough forum
I haven't seen it yet. Did you cry???
I haven't seen it yet. One of my links no longer works.
The other hasn't been updated yet.
great show. thats all i'll say for now
Yeah, tried watching it @ try tv-dome.net, got 1/4 in before it quit. Guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow!![]()
ing weak.
Pretty pissed off at the finale tbh.
It was like they just threw it all together at the last minute to wrap up the season. All that build up for pretty much nothing.
man what a tease. the finale was a huge let down, had so much potential down the drain.
for some reason though the ending made me feel sad.

Since I was having problems watching the show last night, I read a review.
My sister-in-law's sister was all worked into a frenzy while watching, but the review did kind of make it sound thrown together.
I'll still watch it when my other link posts it, but my expectations are no longer as high. Bummer.

Sorry for the double post. I'm not sure why it did that. Maybe it's bc I'm posting from my phone?
By Kristina Lopez - "Dexter" costars Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter are getting a divorce after almost two years of marriage.
"Having been separated for some time, Jennifer Carpenter and Michael C. Hall have filed for divorce," said a joint statement from the actor's representatives to Entertainment Weekly , who first reported the news.
39-year-old Hall and 31-year-old Carpenter play brother and sister Dexter and Debra Morgan on the popular Showtime series. The show, which aired its fifth season finale on Sunday, has been renewed for a sixth season.
The two married on Dec. 31, 2008. Hall, who was previously married to actress Amy Spangler from 2002 to 2006, recently completed treatment for Hodgkin's lymphoma earlier in the year.

+1. They seemed like they were trying too hard to get a clean slate for next season. The finale still had some great parts, but the ending was lame.
Yep. They need to quit with that clean slate at the end of every ing season. The only season that didn't happen was the season 4 finale, and it happens to be the best finale of the series and one of the better ones in recent TV series.
The episode was good, but as a finale it wasn't. Completely underdeveloped and they crammed a bunch in. I don't like this whole buddy-buddy thing with Quinn and Dexter. Could have been kept as a storyline for next season.
Honestly, I think it would have been good if either A) the episode ended with Deb walking in on the two "vigilantes" and seeing Dexter's face and then the episode ending or B) keep the scene that was in the finale, and at the very end of the episode have Deb tell Dexter something like "It was you wasn't it?"
Instead we have everything neatly wrapped up with a bow on top for Dexter and no one else is the wiser. (Sort of, I do realize that Quinn obviously knows Dexter killed Liddy, but still).
Also I don't buy this that they wrote the episode that way because they didn't know if they would be renewed. IMO, there was no way Showtime's biggest hit wasn't going to get renewed, and the writers of Dexter knew that.
And if they really did think that, go out with a bang for the season finale and MAKE the network renew you for the damn sixth season.
Here's an interesting article that was posted on tvguide.com.
WARNING: It talks about the season 5 finale. Season 6 plans were also discussed.

I have watched the show now, and was pleasantly surprised. I was a little worried after reading a review posted right after it aired.
In case there are still people who haven't watched, I'll keep it as vague as possible:
In my mind, the storyline and character reactions were completely plausible. We saw some major character transformations that will carry into next season beautifully, and I'm OK with the fact that there wasn't a major cliffhanger. JMO
Well, it wasn't the ending I was hoping for. Am I the only one who wanted Debra to pull that plastic tarp away and see that it was Dexter and Lumen? If that happened I can see this series going into a totally different direction and that would be fine with me. However, this finale lacked something. Yeah, they got Jordan Chase, but what else happened? Quinn is now off the hook, because of Dexter. Do you think Quinn knows that Dexter killed Liddy?
The only emotional scene was between Lumen and Dexter, when she had to say good-bye.Dexter realized that she was healed now, and he is who he is.
Never in my life would I think I would be rooting for a serial killer.
When does Season 6 start?![]()
well, you already root for a dog killer.![]()
