maybe if they rest him we'll see Timmy and Kimmy....
LMAO at giving an argument based on all-star game appearances. How ing dumb can someone be.
maybe if they rest him we'll see Timmy and Kimmy....
Good one.
You (as well as other gnsf's) still haven't provided a counter-argument to the OP...just a ton of butthurt.
Tim just isn't elite anymore. It's a sad fact, but unfortunately it's one you'll have to live with.
for the record I wouldn't argue too much with WeNeedLength...either the whole city of San Antonio have short s or he need to change his name to I_Need_Length
David West has put the ty Hornets team on his back and carried them for 7+ seasons. Duncan has MAYBE did that for a few but he had to ride the coattails of Robinson, Parker, and now Ginobli to get championships.![]()
son how I have been "dead wrong" in posting? if you're referring to me posting that the Hornets will win 55 games this season then lol at you! ... that is a completely different scenario and by your logic then every fan of every team is "Dead Wrong" by hoping the best for their team. Obviously I'm not a physic, but I do wish the best for the team I like.
This however is a thread that involves stats. How am I being "dead wrong" by posting factual information? are you mad well over 40 other NBA players have FAR BETTER stats than Duncan? go ahead and admit it ... you are
You can't be serious about David West. That d-bag has never met a shot he didn't like. Would you take Duncan on your team, maybe over Okafur?
lol has maybe did
tbh I'm anxiously awaiting him to post anything of substance
I'm going to leave this thread and let all of you circle jerk to this list. Keep believing that:
Al Horford > TD
Carlos Boozer > TD
David Lee > TD
Luis Scola > TD
Lamar Odom > TD Holy FAWK I missed this one
Zach Randolph > TD
David West > TD
Raymond Felton > TD
You know the others.
Timmy D is still the anchor defensively and can score when given the touches. With the best start in franchise history, all you s can eat that Spurs tail as it slowly inches away from you in the standings.
son thanks for being positive, but again I must say that this post is about facts and facts only. There is noway in that I or anyone else can "spin" the numbers in favor of Duncan or against him. The bottom line is that these numbers needed to be exposed. that is all
Spurfan suffering massive anal hemorrhage from butthurt in this thread. Looks like Kori's back to cauterize your assholes and shepherd you back upstairs where it's safe.![]()
Likewise suck. Oh wait, you're defending champs so I should suck your and not post anything that says otherwise.![]()
lol needed
in your own world
Timmy is not as dominate as he once was for sure, he is still a solid player on the team with the best record. All great players decline with age, that's life. He is still amoung the league leaders in rebound and blocks though. The only stat that matters in the end is 23-3 (at the moment) and Timmy is a big part of it, along with TP, Manu, Hill, etc.
hate to say it cause I used to love Duncan but he is nothing more than a poor man's Bynum now....![]()
lol mot
lol used to love
Here's where your homerism blinds you from the truth: You keep thinking Tim Duncan is the same player who won 4 rings. If BR was to put all those stats down w/o names next to them, then you would understand. This isn't 2003 Tim Duncan. It's 2010, and he's nowhere near the defensive anchor he used to be. Players dribble around his gimpy ass now.
that's cuz Duncan he's prolly older than his birth certificate says...you know how them lying ass Islanders do it...![]()
I guess its the part where he just dropped 28/16 this past Wed. against Denver. Besides, I wasn't taking to you so only respond when you're spoken to. Thanks.
against Nene.....a guy who literally has one nut left...ok
son do I need to explain this topic to you again? ... this is about CURRENT NBA status right now. I'm not trying to say that West is some hall of fame player like Duncan is, but over the last 4 seasons West HAS BEEN A BETTER PLAYER than Duncan. not "by far" by definitely better indeed. the stats don't lie.
Last 4 Years
David West - 20 / 8
Tim Duncan 17 / 10
son not to mention the fact that West always plays well against Duncan head to head. I always look forward to playing the Spurs because I know West will have a good game. so far head to head this season in 3 games West is putting up 18ppg and Duncan 13ppg
