David West has put the ty Hornets team on his back and carried them for 7+ seasons. Duncan has MAYBE did that for a few but he had to ride the coattails of Robinson, Parker, and now Ginobli to get championships.

Also, BR has been so dead wrong about the team he watches the most that he has ZERO credibility son. I don't kick people when they are down, but I could make a list of posters better than BR using stats of predictions gone terribly wrong and it would get ugly. That's just with regards to his team as well. If I move to the entire league .

Timmy is not as dominate as he once was for sure, he is still a solid player on the team with the best record. All great players decline with age, that's life. He is still amoung the league leaders in rebound and blocks though. The only stat that matters in the end is 23-3 (at the moment) and Timmy is a big part of it, along with TP, Manu, Hill, etc.

Here's where your homerism blinds you from the truth: You keep thinking Tim Duncan is the same player who won 4 rings. If BR was to put all those stats down w/o names next to them, then you would understand. This isn't 2003 Tim Duncan. It's 2010, and he's nowhere near the defensive anchor he used to be. I'm not trying to say that West is some hall of fame player like Duncan is, but over the last 4 seasons West HAS BEEN A BETTER PLAYER than Duncan. not "by far" by definitely better indeed. the stats don't lie.
