Because most guys will still them. Fat people utterly disgust me...there's no excuse for being a lardass (outside of a thyroid or some other unprovoked medical illness). it should be a priority.. nick puts it harshly but simply put.. your body is your temple.. it's the only thing you came into this world with.. why would you trash it? noone's saying one must pump iron 24/7 and run 15 miles a day.. but it's all for the sake of being healthy and not letting your body go thru suriving with the rigors of harmful fatty acids and chemicals from external products.. people do come in different sizes and shapes.. some are naturally just going to muscular than others.. but it doesn't mean they're more healthier.. he's just targeting those who don't put any effort to maintain a healthy lifestyle

tbh I couldn't care less if someone's a gymrat or not, but at least go for a run every once and awhile. As for dieting, why would you want to put toxic into your system habitually? Everybody eats crappy food now and again. Pizza and fast food is ing tasty, but once a week is good enough for me...after that I just feel ill.

Healthy diet and exercise gives you a better quality of life, increased sex drive, better sleep, and less stress. Eating crap and leading a sedentary lifestyle gives you a sense of emptiness, little-to-no sex-drive, a plethora of health problems, and a massive gut.
