Kristic, Green, Murphy, they're all unknown. They've never even lost a Finals, must less won one.
can still go either way, to BOS or MIA.
Boston is obviously making a hard push for Murphy too. Miami can convince him a little better though because Murphy can get more playing time in Miami. We really need a Center, more so than Boston does since they have JO and Shaq.

I'm not saying it's going to happen, I just ironed out the logic when no one else was even talking about it. It makes too much sense not to happen and if he is truly healthy enough to play that would be an absolutely great pick up for the Heat.
He is a low maintenance, proven big with a unique skill set. For someone that spaces the floor (which the Heat need), he rebounds at a very good rate. He runs well. He would be excellent for the spacing.
He wants to play for a contender and he wants to get minutes. MIA looks better than anywhere else.
Neither has Matt Barnes or Steve Blake
Didn't Barnes lose the '09 one?
I could be wrong, I think he played for Phoenix that year.
You're right.
Ding ding we have a winner.

I'd like to see him go to Boston...but not as a Spurs fan.
+1
Him signing with the Heat makes perfect sense.
Ohhhh No. The NBA was ed when Miller returned for the 72+ victories. Now the NBA would be super ed and Miami couldn't possibly lose another game ever.
Bibby is a loser.
this will be pretty bad.. heat lose nothing but will gain everything if it works out.
JO has played... what 7 games this year? And Shaq has played as many games as he's missed.
That's it, and that's all.
Whatever kind of foot speed Bibby had, its long gone now.
I don't want Bibby on the Heat but Murphy on the other hand...
Go to Heat and start immediately or get in line on Celtics roster?
Heat won't have enough cash to go around except to sign borderline NBA/D-League players to fill their roster out.
I don't see how that contradicts. Weak troll attempt 1/10.
Aside from Miller and Haslem, and I even added JJ, the Heat don't have much else. Heat are hardly rich. The C spot was supposed to be serviceable until we get some upgrades later, but Joel Anthony regressed and he's garbage now after getting his contract.
Also, Bosh is soft as . He's very talented, but I have yet to see this dude live in the post. Bosh makes Gasol look like the Hulk.
Lastly, Coach Spo is not getting it done. It's been a disappointment to see the trio not meshing like they are supposed to. That's on the coach.
The Heats weak frontline is going to be a problem in the playoffs. The only thing keeping the Heat down imo.
My biggest problem is Coach Spoelstra. He has failed. He has NOT figured out this team yet, and that's sad because he's had half a season and an entire off-season. He has gotta go or basically ask Riley to do his job for him in secret, which is not gonna happen.
The Heat need a little more time to fill in the holes at C and PG. It's expected when you build a roster from scratch and the guy you THOUGHT would help has regressed.
Perhaps that can be solved this season if Miami grabs Troy Murphy or w/e....
